Signing up for peace

As part of confidence-building measure in support of peace in Mindanao, families of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) rebels await their turn to register as voters in the special registration conducted by the Commission on Elections on March 6, 2015 in Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao province. The registration is seen as proof of the MILF's commitment to peace and as a continuing plea for the passage of the Bangsamoro Basic Law.
