67-year old portrait artist Freddie Luna Cruz shows his painting of Incoming President Rodrigo Duterte, his own rendition of Duterte when he officially becomes President of the republic on June 30 with Duterte donning a Barong Tagalog. Cruz has been making portraits of past Philippine Presidents and later gifting them with his artwork since he was young.
